Doula Services

What is a doula? A doula is a trained, compassionate professional who provides non-medical emotional, physical, and educational support to families during the postpartum period. While doctors and nurses focus on medical care, a doula focuses on you—helping families feel supported, informed, and confident as they adjust to life with a new baby.

Doulas offer guidance during pregnancy, advocacy and reassurance during labor and birth, and hands-on support in the postpartum period. This may include newborn care guidance, feeding support, emotional check-ins, and helping parents navigate routines, rest, and recovery. Doulas also provide practical, baby-related support in the home, allowing families to focus on bonding and healing.
