    Childcare has been at the heart of my career for over 12 years. I started as a nanny, caring for children of all ages, and quickly realized the profound impact a dedicated caregiver can have on a family. Over the years, I’ve expanded my experience as a night nanny, house manager, and personal assistant, giving me a well-rounded understanding of family dynamics and household needs.

    I co-founded Trusting Hands Childcare because I know how important it is to find a caregiver who feels like family—someone reliable, experienced, and truly invested in a child’s well-being. My mission is to connect families with exceptional nannies who bring warmth, professionalism, and peace of mind.

    I love what I do, and I’m committed to making the process of finding quality childcare as seamless as possible for parents.

    I’m Laura Restrepo, a dedicated and experienced nanny with over 10 years in childcare. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to create a loving and supportive environment where kids can thrive. Caring for children brings me so much joy, and I love watching them grow, knowing that I’m making a positive impact on both them and their families.

    I’ve worked with kids of all ages, from newborns to preteens, and I always adapt to their unique needs at every stage. Whether I’m soothing a newborn, keeping toddlers engaged with fun activities, or guiding preteens through new challenges, I’m always ready to offer support with patience and care.

    I wear many hats and am happy to step in wherever I’m needed to help families feel supported. My passion for childcare and natural warmth make me truly love what I do, and I take pride in being a trusted and valued part of every family I work with.
