Our Nanny Placement Process

$250 to initiate our candidate sourcing

Step 1:

Discovery Call

We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to learn about your family, childcare needs, schedule, and expectations.

Step 2:

Candidate Search & Interviews

Using the information gathered, we first source candidates from our internal network of pre-vetted caregivers. Each candidate is interviewed with your family’s specific needs in mind.
If a suitable match is not identified internally, we expand the search externally and conduct the same thorough screening process.

Step 3:

Candidate Presentation

We present the two strongest candidate matches for your review.

Step 4:

Family Interviews & Trial Day

We coordinate interviews between your family and the selected candidates and assist in arranging a trial day to ensure a confident, well-informed decision.

Step 5:

Placement & Contract Completion

Once a candidate is selected, we assist with contract creation and final placement details. The remaining balance is due at this stage to complete the process.
